Customer Service Executive - Online Retailer - Hatfield

An experienced Customer Service Executive, with strong communication skills, extensive retail customer service experience and, ideally, an interest in DIY, is required by a leading business based in Hatfield, Herts.  A salary of up to £25,000 is offered depending on experience.

The Customer Service Executive will work in a small and friendly team and will provide exemplary customer service support for popular brands and act as a main point of contact for all email and telephone queries and complaints, ensuring matters are resolved quickly, effectively and according to procedure.

Essential Skills:
The Customer Service Executive will ideally have the following skills / experience:
- Extensive previous customer service experience
- Experience and knowledge of DIY would be a distinct advantage
- Excellent communication – both spoken and written

Basic salary to £25,000 plus benefits

Commute from Stevenage / Welwyn Garden City / Watford / Luton
